YK振动筛
振动式分选筛的运动是由电动机通过三角带驱动具有偏心质量的激振器，从而使筛床做周期性的不对称往复机械振动，使筛面上的物料层松散并离开筛面被抛起，使细物料能透过料层下落，通过筛孔分离，并将卡在筛孔中的物料振出，细级物料向下部移动，通过筛网排除。
本设备广泛应用于采石场、矿山、电力、煤矿及化工等部门进行物料分级用的筛分设备。
The movement of the vibrating sorting screen is driven by a motor through a V-belt to drive an exciter with eccentric mass, so that the screen bed is subjected to periodic asymmetric reciprocating mechanical vibration, so that the material layer on the screen surface is loose and thrown away from the screen surface. The fine material can be passed through the material layer, separated through the sieve hole, and the material stuck in the sieve hole is shaken out, the fine material is moved downward, and is removed through the screen.
This equipment is widely used in quarrying, mining, electric power, coal mine and chemical industries for screening equipment for material classification.
