重型反击式破碎机

　　PCD系列锤式破碎机主要是由转子总成、蔑子、壳体、反击架和驱动部分等不见组成。主要靠破碎机锤头上腔中对矿石进行强烈的打击，矿石对反击架的撞击和矿石之间的碰撞而使矿石破碎。原矿通过重型给料设备(如可调速的板式给料机)喂入破碎机的进料口后，落入由窄V带驱动的高速旋转的转子与反击架之间的破碎腔内，受到锤头的打击而被初步破碎。初破碎后物料在向下运动过程中在转子和反击架之间受到进一步的再次破碎，然后由蔑子和转子形成的下破碎腔进行最终破碎直至颗粒尺寸小于蔑缝的尺寸从机腔下部排出。
